What is your return policy?

Returns for Refund - Entirely Free both ways:

Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund - and, we will pay shipping to return all products that are returned. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


How do I make a return?

It's simple: just click here! to initiate your free return. Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know your order number, one tip is to try searching for “Confirmation For Order” in your email inbox.


When can I expect my refund?

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 days of their arrival to our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your return has been completed. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has processed for your bank to post your refund.


What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item contact support@gresso.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!

When will my order ship?

We typically process all in-stock orders within 4-5 business days. Domestic orders ship via UPS, international orders via DHL.


Can I update my address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact support@gresso.com within an hour of your order being placed.


Can I cancel my order?

Send an email to support@gresso.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships.


Where can I find my tracking?

You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping notification email. You can also access your tracking via Your Orders page by clicking the tracking number associated with your order.


Do you ship internationally?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Free complimentary shipping on all international orders. We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees. GRESSO will gladly accept returns for any order within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item(s) must have been purchased directly from GRESSO.COM and be unused and free of all damage. All original packaging must be intact.
