US Returns for Refund - Entirely Free both ways:
Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund - and, we will pay shipping to return all products that are returned (US only). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It's simple: just click here! to initiate your free return. Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know your order number, one tip is to try searching for “Confirmation For Order” in your email inbox.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 days of their arrival to our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your return has been completed. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has processed for your bank to post your refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item contact support@gresso.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!
We typically process all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders ship via Fedex or UPS.
If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact support@gresso.com within an hour of your order being placed.
Send an email to support@gresso.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships.
